It is our standard that we comply with the quality requirements of our customers. Hence we administrate an innovative quality management system. With the implementation and permanent development of our system we want to ensure that

• only high quality standard products and services according to legal and normative state-of-the-art standards are offered and proved for the satisfaction of our customers.
• customer requirements are always fulfilled by determined processes.
• variations in quality are identified and remedied at an early stage
• the effectiveness and efficiency of the processes are regularly checked and enhanced.

The management board and all employees participate in implementing and enhancing our QM-System. They realise the defined rules and processes within their scope of responsibility, coordinate interfaces and integrate involved personnel. The Quality Management Representative is responsible for the implementation, administration and enhancement of the system related processes and is directly assigned to the Management Board.
